I want to stay in an apartment in Granada but everyone says that the lastest arrival time is 12 midnight.
Do you know anywhere where late arrival is permitted?

Axares  allows arrival at anytime during the night becuase they use a keypad entry system.
You just type the pass number into the keypad on the door and it opens the door.
