People have told me that it is very difficult to find vegetarian food in Spain.
Any ideas?

As far as I know Raices is the only Restaurant in Granada totally dedicated to Vegetarian food.
Others have some meat.

There are an increasing amount of places for vegans.

Both the Hicurri and the Paprika have gone vegan in the past year.
