Hello, I visited granada last month and unfortunately got a traffic fine email today. Since I had already left Spain, i am wondering if I can pay the bill online. I saw some one can paid via www.dgt.es (https://dgt.es) however i was fail many time for wrong record number(require 12 digit, but 9 in my letter, like 21454/2017) Pls help me :( thank you
