How do I get there?
How much does it cost?

Here is a list of estate agents in Granada.

The most important thing to remember about estate agents is to not greatly trust whatever  they say.
They just want to get a sale and they will never be held responsible for anything they say.

Accommodation / Estate Agents in Granada - Advice on buying a house in Granada.
« Last post by hudson on January 27, 2017, 07:19:30 AM »
Last October I spent a month studying Spanish  in Granada and I really liked it.
I have recently come into some money from an inheritance.

I have lived all my life in the UK but I hate the weather.

The idea of Brexit frightens me and I believe that the UK is heading to a bad place.
There does not seem much of a problem right now but within 10 years I can see the UK
becoming  very unhappy and conflictive.

It has crossed my mind that now would be a good time to jump ship.
I have thought about living and retiring in cheap countries such as Ecuador or
Panama but the lack of a decent health service would be a problem if I fall ill.
Plus they are very far away from the UK where I have many friends.

If I moved to Spain and became a resident would I be able to get a Spanish passport and become Spanish
if I pay all my taxes.

The first thing I want to do is to buy a house in Granada.
Does anyone have any advice on this?
Is it best to use an estate agent?
Which estate agents are the best etc.

Hello
I have just bought two tickets to Alhambra March 3. I have a confirmation of amount paid but I have made a spelling error in my mail address so I have not received any confirmation message and I am unsure if my paymment confirmation is valid as a ticket.  Please advise what I should do  Thank you very much. The best place for you to park is Severa Ochoa.
48 hours would be 36 euros.
They also have a 3 day weekend pass (bono fin de semana) for 36 euros
or a weekly pass (bono semanal) for 46 euros.

There is more info here.

It is not far from Mendez Nuñez.

To get to Mendez Nuñez you need junction 128
This page will help you get there.

The only cheaper place for 48 hours is Ave Maria in Realejo.
48 hours would be 21 euros.
It would peobably only be a good idea if you are stay reasonanly close.

Hello,
We will stay in Granada for 2 nights, but would like to park the car in one of the parking lots close to highway (Neptuno or Mendez Nunez). I see that they have tariff up to 24 hours only. Is it still possible to leave there a car for 48 hours? Thank you!

Accommodation / Re: 3 months in Granada with a family
« Last post by granadagirl on June 27, 2016, 03:43:59 AM »
There is a house in el Fargue which may be suitable.

It is not right in the centre but there is a bus into town every hour.
It is very easy to get into the Cartuja University Campus in a car via a shortcut past the Astromomy faculty.
There is a restaurant very near which has always has free parking.

There is a lot of outside space where the children can play.

There is more information here.

Accommodation / 3 months in Granada with a family
« Last post by Kilgore Trout on June 27, 2016, 03:37:48 AM »
I am coming to Granada in September.
My husband has a collaboratational project at the University at the faculty of Farmacy.
I have 2 childern under 4 years old.

I am looking for a comfortable house with wifi with a good kitchen.
It does not have to be right in the centre.
I prefer somewhere quiet.
It would be nice to have a place to park the car.

Can anyone recommend anything?
