Title: Advance tickets for the Alhambra
Post by: teejaytoo on June 12, 2011, 01:26:07 PM
I have gone through the online procedure for Alhambra entry, I think I have tickets, a servicaixa page says so! Am I going to get a confirmation e-mail? The Servicaixa ticket info page asks for credit card number but does not seem to be secure so I am loath to check unless absolutely necessary.

Servicaixa send an email confirmation.

The subject starts with.
ServiCaixa - Confirmación compra entradas para General Diurna

The email is very clear and you will know if you have received it.

Suggestions:

Maybe you gave the wrong email address by doing a typo.
Look in your spam folder.
Search all your mail for the word ServiCaixa.

If you are not successful try phoning them and they will be able to sort it out.
